I have participated in several meditation workshops led by Sonar, both of one day and of several days duration. I got acquainted with several meditation techniques (active, silent and guided). The workshops took place in wonderful quiet surroundings, with enough space for everybody. Sonar guided us lovingly, calmly, with awareness through these meditations, which are relaxing and energizing at the same time. During the corona crisis she organized meditation workshops online. These too were very pleasant. I warmly recommend Sonar’s workshops when you feel you need a moment for yoursef and when you feel the need for more insight in yourself or for relaxation and a beneficial rest in these hectic times in which so much is required of us.
